ibis Styles Bern City (Aralık 2022'de açılıyor)

While I came in a large Group, with an Asian name I was given the smallest room possible on the floor. A clear indication of racial discrimination and has reported it to the relevant force.

My husband and I stayed in Bern for one night and very much enjoyed the hotel. The rooms are small, true, but well laid out, clean, and comfortable. We appreciated the free water on each floor as well as the citrus water available at the front desk. The breakfast was excellent!

The rooms are clean but a bit small, so you'd be better off spending time in them. There's a car parking fee of 80 francs for 3 days + 11.2 francs per person city tax for 3 days.

Modern. Clean. Lots of concrete, steel, glass. Not my style. It lacks warmth somehow – even the fixed maximum temperature of 22 degrees in the room doesn't help. Small room.

Great hotel, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet, everything was perfect!!! We would love to come back.

It's a value-for-money accommodation. It is easily accessible as it is connected to the public transport and not far from the Bern train station.

Okay. A very good location (just several stops by tram or bus from the main station, a grocery store and a superb pizzeria within just minutes of walking). Clean, with cheerful personnel. Most of the rooms however are quite small and lack a proper closet. No great window views to be expected here either. Unlimited tea and coffee throughout the stay are a brilliant idea. The breakfast was absolutely OK in terms of quality and variety, albeit throughout the last hour of serving, few items get replenished unless you ask for it - they call it preventing food waste, I find it a tad cumbersome. Overall it wasn't my best stay at Accor's hotels ever, but it was good enough.
