Terrible customer service. I would only recommend this place to those looking to hire sex workers. I went with a friend just to check it out. Entry cost 35 CHF, and we also ordered a 5 CHF drink. However, they ended up charging us 50 CHF because they assumed we were there to work as escorts, which was never the case. I think they should clearly state, with signs or visible notices, that this is a place where escorts can work. This would prevent misunderstandings, confusion, and unexpected charges for first-time visitors.

The worst place I have ever been to. If you are looking for a normal sauna for relaxation and health, avoid this place. The atmosphere is disgusting and disappointing. It seems that the management has long lost control of what is happening in the establishment, or is simply not interested in maintaining the reputation of a decent place to relax. The administration denies all complaints and remarks, but this does not change the overall negative impression. Instead of a comfortable stay, there is a feeling of complete indifference to customers and the reputation of this establishment among visitors. I do not recommend it to anyone. Waste of time and money. I hope that the relevant authorities will pay attention to the numerous complaints and check the activities of this establishment.

From a hygiene standpoint, it's a clean establishment. The staff is very friendly. The absolute downside is that the sauna seems to be frequented exclusively by male prostitutes. The sign in English stating that prostitution is not tolerated is certainly well-intentioned. But that's precisely the concept of the Paragonya Wellness Club. Throughout the entire establishment, people pat you on the head and speak to you in French, English, and Eastern European languages, all wanting one thing: "Money for your sex." This is unacceptable, and I wonder if a permit is required to operate a prostitution business. It's a shame for the place.

This place is essentially a place where the older guys meet escorts. Despite management protestations to the contrary on previous reviews, it is quite clear that they know what is going on. The soliciting is quite blatant and one of the regular patrons told me that you can withdraw cash at the bar to pay the boys if you need to. I was approached by an escort before I had even left the locker room - not surprising considering they outnumber their potential clients by at least 3:1. It’s a clean and modern facility but not a particularly relaxing or fulfilling experience for anyone who hasn’t come with the expectation of paying for escort services…and not cheap at ChF44 a visit.
