We chose this hotel because it was advertised with air conditioning. However, upon arrival, it turned out that the hotel itself decides when the air conditioning can be turned on, and according to them, 25 degrees was “too cold” to use. As a result, the room felt very stuffy. As an alternative, we had to sleep with the window open, but the hotel is located right in the middle of clubs and nightlife venues. Every night we were bothered by loud music, honking horns, and noisy people outside. It is very disappointing that air conditioning is advertised when you ultimately cannot use it. Because of this, we slept poorly and would not recommend this hotel.

We booked this property some time ago through Booking.com, where it was presented as an excellent hotel in a very central location — which is only true in terms of location. Unfortunately, the photos and positive reviews turned out to be completely misleading. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were shown to our rooms, which at first glance seemed just “okay”. However, we quickly discovered serious problems: * The windows did not lock in any of the rooms we were given, which creates a serious security issue. * The rooms were very dirty — we found hairs in the sheets. * There was a strong and constant smell of sewage, like a cesspool. * The walls and surfaces had obvious signs of dampness. We asked for compensation due to the situation and Mustafa, the employee, was the only one who really tried to help find a solution. Initially we were moved to a room on the second floor, which had the same problems: dirt, bad smell and windows that didn't close. The next day we were moved to the fourth floor, where the situation was even worse: * The smell from the bathroom was unbearable and constant. * There was intense humidity. * The soundproofing was non-existent, resulting in constant noise from outside. Overall, our experience was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness was unacceptable and the accommodation conditions did not correspond in any way to the image presented online. The only positive aspect of the hotel was: * the location * and the service from Mustafa, who did his best We would not recommend it under any circumstances.

Good low-price hotel

We would like to thank Mr. Mustafa; he took great care of us. The rooms were very clean.

After reading reviews about the hotel, I honestly had some reservations, but my opinion completely changed after I arrived. The hotel was excellent, the staff were very helpful, and the rooms were exactly as pictured and spotlessly clean. There were many negative reviews about the cleanliness, but the beds, blankets, and toilets were very clean; we were extremely pleased. The location was also excellent; Istiklal Street was only 3 minutes away, which was very convenient. I truly believe it's a very good hotel for the price, and if I ever go back to Istanbul, I would definitely stay there again.

I checked in at 3:00 AM and specifically agreed with the reception staff to check out at 1:00 PM. I was clearly told there would be no problem. Despite this, from 12:18 AM onwards, cleaning staff repeatedly came to my door, telling me I needed to check out. Even after explaining the situation each time, they returned at short intervals. Finally, they came to my door with the reception staff and, in an extremely disturbing and inappropriate manner, questioned why I hadn't checked out. Although this situation stemmed entirely from the hotel's internal communication problems, I, as the guest, was forced to pay the price. Being repeatedly harassed, having them come to my door in this way, and failing to keep their word is absolutely unacceptable. This level of lack of coordination and low regard for guest satisfaction raises serious questions about the hotel's service quality.

It's a very beautiful place. I recommend it!

The impressions are top-notch, my friends and I really liked it.

I didn't like the hotel at all. It smelled of dampness and sewage. Also, we couldn't sleep because of the noise outside.
