It's a clean place and the staff are friendly, I recommend it.

The buffet breakfast, the friendliness of the staff, and the cleanliness of the rooms were all excellent. I definitely recommend it and we will be back again :)

This hotel is great value option. The rooms are small but great for resting in between city activities. The receptionists are very very friendly and helpful. The only thing to note is that there is no elevator, and the AC is operated by the hotel so you have no option to control it within your room.

A room with a separate toilet and bathroom is ridiculous; choose a slightly better option. This room is very cramped and not in a central location.

My wife and I only stayed for one night, but we barely made it through the night. The room we stayed in was tiny, the linens reeked of cigarette smoke, the wardrobes and walls were filthy, and the room was blackened with dampness. The bathroom had no ventilation and smelled awful of musty moisture. Someone had shaved, and small black hairs had fallen into the sink. The shower cabin and toilet were incredibly dirty and neglected. Not to mention the used tissues. It was a terrible hotel. Everything I had to touch made me nauseous. I didn't even want to open my suitcase in the room because it kept bumping into things. And there wasn't even enough space to open it. We paid 2500 TL; may it be cursed, this hotel absolutely did not deserve it.

The room are not clean at all, the bathroom smells of pee that has been there for days that made the whole room smell like that . When I arrived there was pee on the toilet like it was never cleaned.

First of all, for this price, it's ideal. Room information was provided completely beforehand, so there were no problems in that regard; we didn't encounter anything we weren't aware of. The location is ideal, a 15-minute walk to Alsancak Passport Pier. Rooms are cleaned daily, but the headboard was dusty; a better cleaning could be done. It's a suitable hotel for furry friends; pets are allowed. The only downsides are that the rooms are really small and the doors are extremely noisy; you can hear everything being said or coughed in the hallways. Other than that, it's good value for money. Breakfast was included; it was adequate for the price, but don't expect an amazing breakfast at this price. Thank you.

The price-performance ratio is very good. Although there is no parking, the staff at the reception were very attentive and helpful.
