This is a wonderful place you absolutely must visit when you're near the historic elevator area. The variety, the food, and the hospitality were all excellent. I highly recommend it.

Decent food but 5 plates of medium to small size plates for ~30USD was a bit expensive for the taste.

We tried both the meat and the dishes cooked in olive oil. Both were delicious. We had the spicy meat; the spiciness was so intense it made you want to keep eating, but it didn't burn your mouth.

The food was delicious, like a six-star meal. Every dish was wonderful. A gentleman who spoke English helped us order. I highly recommend the stewed beef and boiled chickpeas. All the stews were fresh. You absolutely must have the rice pudding with it. This place is amazing. I highly recommend you try it.

This used to be a place I frequented for soup whenever I came to Izmir; but this time, the reason I came twice in a row was for the zucchini fritters and mushroom dish with cheese. They're made with such deliciousness, just like homemade food. Kudos to you! A new employee, Ms. Yasemin, whom I hadn't seen before, has joined, and her cheerful demeanor and lively energy have integrated perfectly with the food! We dined here three nights in a row! The staff was incredibly friendly and all the food was truly delicious. There are tons of vegetarian options. The zucchini fritters with yogurt sauce are out of this world. If you want to try authentic, homemade Turkish food, stop by.
