Polite staff. Very quiet and beautifully decorated room. Warm water in the jacuzzi 😍

A solid four. Compared to the exorbitant prices in Tsunami, it's perfect for the middle class. Not far from the center. Clean. The furniture is a bit tired. The female massage therapist is fantastic!

I really liked the Scandinavian room. It's neat and tidy, with lots of thoughtful details. There's a massage table and a hydromassage system. The sauna is spacious and easily adjustable from dry to wet. The staff is friendly and approachable.

It's nice that there's a 20% discount for birthday people, and the receptionist was friendly. We stayed in the Moroccan room; the atmosphere was pleasant, and we enjoyed the hammam. The only downside was the pool was a bit chilly, and the jacuzzi smelled of chlorine. There were some areas where the mosaic tiles were peeling, but overall it was fine.

It's a decent place. A little dirty, but overall okay.

The woman on the service was very very rude. It is good that we know russian and we could understand that how rudely she was speaking

I wouldn't say it was bad, but it wasn't particularly good either. I was disappointed with the water clarity in the pool and jacuzzi. You could smell the chlorine in the pool, but the jacuzzi... But there are foot washbasins. The sofas are soft, but you don't want to sit on them because they'll get wet. The drains don't work. After my first jump into the pool, the water stayed on the floor and didn't go away. It was especially disconcerting that all my clothes were dry there, and the hairdryer... It's non-smoking. There are four glasses and four cups, along with tea bags and sugar. There's a birthday discount. The hammam lacks a sink with cold water. At least there would have been some kind of basin or a bucket with a ladle. After all, that's what the whole hammam is all about.

Just as a theater begins with a coat rack, a spa center begins with... the entrance door to the hall, which was difficult to lock. We booked the Moroccan hall a day in advance. When we arrived, the temperature in the jacuzzi was 24 degrees. In the pool - 21. This is despite the fact that I asked if the pool was heated and received an affirmative answer. For the owners' information, the optimal water temperature in the jacuzzi is 32-38 degrees, but certainly not 24. In the end, no one went into either the jacuzzi or the pool. And the quality of the water was very questionable - cloudy. There is no light in the hammam. I asked the administrator what was wrong. The answer was - there was one in the morning. Whether there will be - well, we'll see. The seats in the hammam are cold. There is no heating at all. The dishes (cups and saucers) are dirty. In the restroom, the toilet is only washed from the edge and very roughly. When we arrived, the toilet hadn't been flushed and there was toilet paper floating around. The renovation was at least 20 years old. I was impressed by the chair, which had been a massage chair and is now just "for decoration," with no electronics and hanging parts. Reusable rubber slippers—who even uses them? No one here has ever heard of disposable ones. In short, it's total crap. We'll definitely never come back here again. And yes, 600 UAH per hour, even with a 20% discount, for such poor service and ambiance is completely outrageous.
