I always choose this hotel. The staff is friendly, always offers reasonable prices, which are really not high. The rooms are always clean and tidy, bed linen and towels are clean and smell nice. The hotel is located in a semi-basement, so I feel safe. The location is very convenient - in the very center, everything can be reached on foot. There is free parking near the hotel. There are also a few tables where you can calmly drink coffee or eat brought food in the evening, chat with other guests of the city. I recommend it 100%.
We asked for a suite and were given economy rooms. The staff was rude when they wrote down all our passport information and gave us the room key. They said something like, "At least don't mess up the room." This is not normal guest interaction. We were treated like savages. What did we pay for? For rudeness and cardboard walls.

I stayed in room 116 from January 22nd to 24th, 2026. The receptionist who checked me in was quite nice. I wanted to return on January 24th and check in again, but at 3:00 PM, the receptionist in the empty hotel gave me a cold, "There are no vacancies, I won't check you in for any amount of money" and "I certainly tolerated you while you were staying here, but..." In her subjective opinion, I left a wet mattress and clogged the toilet. And although she couldn't back up her statements, she simply said they resolved the issues themselves... They did. Perhaps the receptionist is implying that guests paying 1,400 UAH per night are expected to clean their own rooms and that the cleaning lady will check and record the cleaning. Then let the cleaning lady hand over her salary. Or maybe the receptionist thinks she's renting out her own apartment or is even a hotel guest? She simply left me to sleep under the open sky, exposed to the shahads and rockets.
The room was cozy, but it was cool in the room, there was a draft from the window. I asked for the remote control for the air conditioner, but instead they gave us a heater. I didn't like that when we presented the UBD, they said that we were not charged the fee, but in fact we paid for it, at the reception, the woman apologized, said that she forgot to cancel (since she was listening carefully to the conversation of my brother, who was talking on the phone). Regarding the hot water, it quickly ran out.
I liked everything. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, there is always hot water. It was already cool in October, but the room was warm. The air conditioner works. There was also a refrigerator. Very friendly staff, fragrant coffee and comfort. If I come to Kharkiv again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.
