B&B HOTEL Birmingham Centre

As we already live in Birmingham, we didn’t want to spend a fortune on a hotel to stay at after a night out to save getting a taxi home. We took a chance on this hotel as we had never heard of them. We were not disappointed! Spacious, clean and comfortable room with a fantastic breakfast too. Will certainly look into other locations!

Check in easy, room size and layout is great. All the expected amenities, and the shower is lush. Quiet for such a central hotel! Breakfast v generous too. Thanks for being so allergy aware btw.

Serene environment, feels like my personal space. This was my second time. The lighting of the room inspires one's mood. Very Calm environment and pleasant staff. When I had an issue with my bathroom, a housekeeper, I randomly saw quickly called a manager to come help me look it up within a few minutes, the manager showed up. Budget friendly yet excellent.

Terrible cleanliness, they barely straightened the towels. Good location, but no mini-fridge. I won't be returning to this hotel.

Unlike B&Bs in the rest of Europe, this hotel does NOT offer free coffee and tea for guests.

Nice clean room and bathroom, daily cleaning and fresh towels. The hotel position is 10min from Bull Ring mall, New Street, MailBox mall, Canals Street, Chinatown etc. Finally the staff was kind, always with a smile and helpful. Special thanks to Lisa.

Great location for central Birmingham. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent with great choice. Staff are friendly and available all night. Totally recommend here.
