Very impressed! we decided give this a go more for the test of mental strength but there are a long list of health benefits also. Lady on reception was lovely and showed us around. The facilities are spotless. We managed 4 rounds of the sauna and did every ice bath. Only advice I can give it get straight in them , don’t just dip your toe in! We are definitely looking to return. Thank you for the experience .

What a gem! This place is simply amazing. The space is designed in the most thoughtful way - you can see that every detail mattered; it’s relaxing, soothing and has everything you may need before and after your session (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, showers, menstruation products etc). The sauna is huge and never gets too crowded (as there is a limit of only 10 people per session) - during every session a member of staff comes in and adds some essential oils (asking first for any allergies). The owner is also such a lovely person, and you can see that he cares more about the people and their comfort than profit. And did I say that the entire place is always squeaky clean? Just such a wonderful place where you can rejuvenate ✨ Thank you!

Amazing place for recovery as a team or on your own, sauna is very big, ice baths are perfectly layed out in order of coldness, jacuzzi is very big and everything is spotless! Many more RS14 sessions to come down here 🙏🏻

Excellent facilities, spotlessly clean, well managed and great value. A session in the sauna/ice baths has become part of my weekly routine, relaxing, refreshing and great for my mental wellbeing.

Amazing place to come to relax and unwind from the days stresses. I feel brand new! Definitely be back and recommend to anyone who likes looking after their mind body and soul.
