The wooded slopes between Otterspool Park and the Mersey promenade have been Liverpool's documented cruising ground for decades — evenings into night, with the riverside car parks as the meeting line and the tree cover above doing the rest.
Know before you go: UK law is on your side up to a point — cruising itself is not an offence, and outdoor sex only becomes one if others could see it and be distressed. Keep well into the woods and away from the family promenade, and keep valuables locked in the car. The city's indoor scene around Stanley Street is fifteen minutes away when the weather turns.

Lovely coffee, cakes and ice cream ... Not a lot of love given to sandwiches and baguettes tho ... The Reuben was barely filled and the cheese and onion panini was a toastie but tasty enough
Best place for shopping
Still a great place from where I grew up
