Manchester Pride

We found Manchester house Great value for money and exceptionally clean. It’s in a very convenient position on the south shore and very close to a tram stop but the warm to the Tower and attractions doesn’t take long. Heath and Diane are great hosts and made us feel very welcome. A Fabulous cooked breakfast every morning!!!! And plenty of tea and coffee etc. We will definitely be back. I can’t rate this B&B enough. Being going with my sister for a long time & always a great experience. With a lovely greeting from the owners they go above & beyond to help. Lovely clean rooms and the breakfast always sets you up for the day. Situated round the corner from the Pleasure Beach & the Trams are there to hand. Highly recommend…

Most amazing stay would highly recomend this hotel lovely couple so welcoming and freindly nothing was to much trouble food was amazing cant thank them enough if your going to blackpool check this hotel out promise you wont find a better place to stay 10 out of 10 they gave me a birthday card and a free dink

2 night B and B in family room. Very clean tidy and with everything you need for a comfy little break. Bathroom well appointed and very clean. Bedroom tastefully decorated and facilities in room perfect. Kettle tv hairdryer nice sized mirror and comfy beds/pillows. Lovely choice of breakfast items and special orders for pancakes waffles etc Positioned on side street just up from the pleasure beach and south pier. Thank you Heath and Diana hopefully see you later in the year for the lights.

Never lets us down, good sized rooms, clean and the nicest hosts we’ve had the privilege of booking with. Wouldn’t book anywhere else in Blackpool. Great location and if possible offer help with free parking. Have stayed multiple times and always top notch.

Great place to stay just back after a lovely weekend rooms were very modern everything you could ask for spotlessly clean and very comfortable breakfast was fantastic and the hosts were very welcoming and friendly couldn't ask for any more thank you both for a fantastic weekend will definitely be back Mandy and kieran

My wife and I visited Heath and Diane’s Manchester House about 8 years ago, and were so impressed with the friendliness and cleanliness that when we wanted to visit Blackpool again (this time with a +1), that we didn’t even bother looking around, we just booked direct. As before, a friendly welcome, very clean, and a lovely breakfast every morning. Perfect location for Pleasure Beach, South Pier, Sandcastle and places to eat.

Another fabulous stay 6 nights, as always Heath and Diana are a lovely friendly couple and keep their place in top notch condition, rooms are very clean and lovely decor, breakfast is delicious and a good choice, have stayed here for years and wouldnt stay anywhere else, well done to a fabulous couple 😍

Just got back from an AMAZING stay at the Manchester House in Blackpool. Couldn’t have asked for more, fabulous owner’s, very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were spotless and had great facilities. The location is ideal for pleasure beach! With also a Wetherspoons less than a 2 minute walk away and is also close to tram and bus stops! breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from! Would definitely stay again :)

Stayed here for 2 nights beautiful room beautiful breakfast and owners were lovely friendly without being intrusive. Ideal location down the quiet end of main promonade yet literally less than 5 minute walk to get to the main part Will 100 percent stay here again if visiting Blackpool's
