Stayed for just 6 hours as a last minute stop-off and honestly couldn't fault it. Room was clean, quiet and exactly what you need for a budget stay. Staff were genuinely lovely and welcoming. Location is great too. Only one tiny thing — a hair in the shower that wasn't mine 👀 — but that aside, spotless. Would absolutely stay again. Does exactly what it says on the tin. Perfect for solo travellers or anyone needing a no-fuss base in Newcastle. ⭐ Aaron and Shebz where really accomidating and helpful ✨️

Stayed here a couple of times in the last year and have been more than pleasantly suprised at the value and comfort of the rooms you get for you money! Location is ideal, rooms are simple, clean & perfect for anyone looking to save some money on a night out in Newcastle.. staff are welcoming and friendly & happy to help with anything you needs! On 2 of the 3 occasions I’ve stayed here I had the pleasure of meeting ‘shabz’ who worked on front desk, friendliest & kindest person going! Had an issue coming back to the hotel one morning about 6am after a seriously heavy night out and had lost phone/wallet/keys etc.. she went above and beyond to make sure I was good, let me use her own phone to go on find my and see where it was, bought me a coffee, let me use desk phone to contact family to inform them of situation, extended checkout time & genuinely did everything she could to help under the circumstances without any obligation too!. Honestly after meeting her I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Newcastle!

Really great location, check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and exactly as advertised. We stayed one night and it was safe and quiet, will be booking here again next time I’m in the city.

If you are looking for reasonable price at Newcastle then easy hotel is perfect. But one of the receptionist is not very welcoming and pleasant. She looks quite arrogant and hot tempered. 📌Except the receptionist behaviour, everything were fine. Great location, available transport.

Good value for the price. The hotel was clean and comfortable. A special thanks to Aditi — she was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and took the time to explain everything clearly to us. Her kindness really made our stay better.
