Last verified: November 2026. The honest summary: Santiago has three men's saunas we could confirm, and they're modest local places rather than big European-style clubs. One is in Bellavista by the bars, two are downtown. Several names in older directories (Pompeya, Greco, Oasis) don't hold up, and the adult cinemas closed in 2019.
The three saunas
Sauna 282 — Bellavista
Bellavista 282, Recoleta, a few minutes' walk from Bombero Núñez. Men only, on four floors. Its website gives the hours as 11:00–20:00 Monday to Friday and 11:00–23:00 on weekends and holidays, with entry at CLP 17,000 (October 2026). Google reviews average 3.3 and cleanliness complaints are common, but it's the only sauna in the nightlife district. Instagram: @sauna282.
CH33 Club Spa — near Estación Central
Chacabuco 33, Santiago Centro. An old Turkish bath that Travel Gay and misterb&b list as a gay sauna. According to its website it has a steam room, a dry sauna, massage, a small bar with beer, a smoking area and towels. Open daily 13:00–20:15; entry CLP 17,000, or CLP 14,000 before 14:00 and after 18:00; massage CLP 25,000. Google: 4.0 from about 290 reviews. Instagram: @ch33.cl.
Il Palatino — Barrio Brasil
Maturana 96, at the corner of Moneda, west of downtown. Men only, small and local. Travel Gay listed its hours in January 2025 and Google still shows it operating (4.2 from about 30 reviews), but its old website no longer loads. Phone before you go: +56 2 2300 2918.

- Sauna Pompeya (San Diego 427) and Sauna Greco (Alameda 75): the only pages calling them gay saunas were old directory copy. The Google listings that had been matched to them belong to other businesses: a couples' spa in Bellavista and the CH33 bath.
- Oasis Spa Club (Ricardo Matte Pérez 216, Providencia): a real spa, but we found no source outside our own old listing describing it as a gay sauna.
- Elsantorini: marked closed by Travel Gay.
- Cine Nilo and Cine Mayo: the porn cinemas on Monjitas closed by municipal order on 31 May 2019; the others in the centre (Roxy, Capri, Plaza, Apolo) are gone too.
- The two downtown saunas close early in the evening (CH33 at 20:15), so they're an afternoon plan, not an after-party.
- Bring cash as a backup and flip-flops. Ask at the door whether towels and lockers are included.
- Prices above are from the venues' own sites in October 2026; check before you go, because they change with little notice.
