Wonderful place, wonderful service, large rooms, great location... I highly recommend it. The only detail is that they should find a way to leave a mop in the bathroom because the way it was done floods the whole bathroom.

Spectacular stay! Incredible breakfast, and at night we went to the hotel restaurant and ordered a delicious hamburger – the best food in Bariloche. The room had a perfect view; we stayed on the second floor. I have a new dream: to return in winter.

The spa is very nice, spacious, with views of Lake Nahuel Huapu and the mountains. I recommend it.

We arrived to find a truly beautiful apartment, fully equipped and decorated to make you feel like you're in Bariloche. The service was a 10/10, the meals spectacular, and the breakfast was the most complete and varied I've ever had. The spa and pool were also a 10/10. The staff was an 11/11. Thank you for these wonderful days; we'll see you again in 10 days.

Excellent, affordable, beautiful spa, top-notch service, and Ceylon was delicious.

Stayed here for 2 nights in the panoramic room (31) in late March. The view is amazing, overseeing the lake and islands. Sunrise was particularly stunning. In terms of amenities, room is warm and cosy, with a jet tub and a fireplace - you can spend hours just enjoying the room. We had lunch at the restaurant and both the pumping soup and empanadas were very good. The pool area was very quiet, and we enjoyed the heated pool - beware the outside part is very deep. Also had a massage which was nice and relaxing after all the hiking.

We spent four days visiting Bariloche and couldn't have been more delighted. The rooms are incredibly cozy, the facilities are well-maintained, the staff are lovely, and the location is excellent. When we return to Bariloche, we would definitely stay here again!

Everything, absolutely everything about this hotel is wonderful. The service, the hospitality, the food, the amenities they offer couldn't be better. I hope to return someday, but for those who haven't been, I highly recommend it. We couldn't have chosen better!
