Terra Apart Hotel

It has several apartments. Our stay was very good. The first night we spent in apartment 9, which has a beautiful view since it's on the first floor and I think it's the only one. The apartment downstairs also has a beautiful view. The other nights we stayed in apartment 11, which is very nice, with everything you need for cooking and very good hot and cold water pressure. I want to highlight the excellent service from the staff, who were always willing to help. They also have a laundry service; I paid 20,000 pesos for 6 kilos, and it was spotless. I also want to thank Gaston for his attention. 100% recommended.

Cozy and with a very good view of the Argentinian lake and the mountain range

The bed is among the most comfortable I've ever had. The room is warm and cozy. The bathroom and kitchen are fine. For the price, I'd say it's excellent. The location isn't the best if you want to visit the center, but it's fine. It's a few more minutes' walk away.

Nice complete set and great view

While the place looked exactly like the online photos, it had several issues. When we arrived, there were two heaters on that we wanted to turn off, but the woman told us it couldn't be done. We reiterated that we wanted to turn them off, and she said a technician would come to do it, but the technician never arrived. The second problem was with the shower; the hot water ran out after about 10 minutes, and since there was no shower curtain, the entire bathroom got wet when we showered. If you're going to spend several days in El Calafate and want a comfortable stay, I recommend paying a little more and going to another place. It's a shame because the place is very new and clean, but this was our experience.

In the duplex we found everything we needed, mainly the peace and quiet to rest.

This hotel is a great find. The price is reasonable, there are a ton of added features, including a kitchen, private bathroom, breakfast items, and it’s clean.
