Búzios Sahil Tatil Köyü

Staying here was a real find! What a delight! It was exactly what I wanted…

Very good. Good food. Very comfortable accommodation. And a beautiful structure.

I found the cleanliness to be somewhat poor. The bathrooms were dirty, with a lot of mold.

Great 😊

My vacation experience was ruined after I went through this place. They use the emotional sales scam of timeshares with "super offers." And after that, they become your worst enemy. There are unjustified charges, lack of customer service, and difficulties in canceling. DON'T FALL FOR THIS TRAP! The only solution is legal action.

Zero Empathy in Medical Emergencies: They Prioritize Money Over Well-being We booked a family trip at the Búzios Beach Resort with my wife, young children, and grandmothers. Unfortunately, just days before our trip, we contracted Influenza A. Being responsible and aware of the risks, we chose to cancel our entire itinerary (flights, car rental, and hotel), as it is a highly contagious disease with serious complications for children and the elderly. While the airline and car rental company understood the situation and accepted the cancellation without issue, the Búzios Beach Resort turned its back on us. Despite sending us the lab results and the positive PCR test, they not only rejected our request but didn't even have the decency to contact us to explain their decision. It is regrettable and concerning that a hotel focused on family tourism shows no interest whatsoever in the well-being and health of its guests, prioritizing money in a situation beyond our control. I'm leaving this comment here so that families considering traveling to this hotel are aware: if a real emergency arises, they will be on their own.

Once they improve the mattresses on the beds, they'll be 5 stars; they're very hard and you can tell they've been used a lot.
