GoldMen Business Hotel Brasília

The room facilities are poor; I had to change rooms twice. The first one didn't have a TV, and the air conditioning in the second wasn't working. For the price charged, it's not worth it!

Terrible, they didn't refund the amount of my reservation, which was cancelled within 7 days despite receiving a refund notification!

The entrance gate is open 24 hours a day! There is no control whatsoever over who enters and exits the building! They need to fix the entrance gates and put a doorman at least during the day in the building! Security is fundamental!!! I have spoken several times with the owner about the open entrance and exit gates, as well as the lack of cleanliness in the corridors and the shopping carts that residents use and do not return to the gate! These are simple issues but they must be resolved soon! The company that is in charge now has to contact the owner and request these urgent demands! Security is fundamental! There is no condominium with so many residents that does not have control over who enters and exits the building!!!

This is the worst hotel in Brasília. I will never stay there again. Bay Flats is also awful. They don't clean the hallways or trash cans. Trash accumulates for days. The hallways go months without being cleaned. Prices are readjusted without proper notice to residents. They treat customers with disrespect and lack ethics. Don't stay there.

Imagine a horrible place!!! The worst hotel in Brasília. In fact, it's not a hotel that matches the city of Brasília! Dirt everywhere...mess, terrible staff, and they even blocked the passage to go to the lake, which would be one of the few attractions of the hotel. Never again!

Terrible service. They rented a dilapidated property and now they're blocking access to the shores of Lake Paranoá (which is illegal). It's definitely the last place anyone who values ​​quality should stay.

Worst hotel in the world. Night shift attendant Raul was extremely rude and clearly hates working there. Never come to this hotel.

Although the room was clean, the service was quite poor. They didn't provide basic information, and the pool wasn't working, without any warning at the time of booking. Breakfast was okay. There aren't many shops nearby, and there isn't much available at the hotel. For the price, considering it was a business trip, it was reasonable.

The structure is very basic, but it's worth it for the price. The cleanliness needs improvement, but I believe that's due to a lack of staff. The breakfast was very good!

My experience at the Golden Man Business Brasília was extremely negative. The pool, advertised as available on Decolar (a travel agency), was under renovation without prior notice. Basic instructions were lacking at check-in, and there was no response to my request to change beds. The room, although seemingly good, lacked essential items (such as soap) and there was an invasion of privacy with staff entering without warning. The bathtub had cold water, and when I tried to fix it, there was a power outage. The service was poor and unsupportive. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi didn't work, the bathroom and pillows were dirty, and the overall atmosphere was neglected. The breakfast was disorganized. I do not recommend it.

A real dump! It should be shut down, the hotel is full of problems, the staff are lost, there's no drinking water, no internet, the breakfast is awful, everything is very old and dirty! If you want to get angry, this is the ideal place!
