Intercity Hotel Curitiba - 7 de Setembro

Breakfast was disappointing, with few options for cakes, bread, fruit, and the artificial juices were undrinkable; the breakfast was very weak. The bed had an old, sunken, and very soft mattress that urgently needs replacing. I stayed in a room for people with special needs.

We are from the interior of São Paulo. We were very well attended to from the reception onwards. Excellent sofa bed, where my children slept peacefully. Good kitchen. Cozy room. Very varied breakfast, excellent service indeed. (Since 2019 I have stayed at the Bristol 500, note: I had already stayed there with my children, as usual. I tried to make the reservation by phone, they told me that I would have to do it via WhatsApp and that I would have to book 2 "separate" rooms. Because of the children aged 9 and 12... Anyway, we went straight to the Mercure and to our surprise we were very well attended to. I will definitely return and recommend it.

Wonderful hotel, very cozy room. Perfect service, impeccable service from everyone, especially Mr. Antônio from the restaurant, who was an excellent professional, caring, attentive and polite, delivering our order with love and care. We will certainly return to the hotel.

Excellent location. Outstanding service. Better than many 5-star hotels. Totally worth it.
