Emiliano Otel

Hotel Emiliano is a five‑star boutique on Rua Oscar Freire in Jardins, gay‑friendly but not a gay hotel, with large design‑led rooms, an in‑house restaurant and spa, and rates that sit at the very top of the São Paulo market. The building’s façade blends into the upscale shopping strip, and the lobby feels more like a private club than a hotel. Guests often arrive in pairs, and the staff are used to serving LGBTQ+ couples, so there’s no awkwardness at the front desk. Inside, the rooms are spacious and tastefully modern, with neutral palettes that let the furnishings speak. The restaurant offers a rotating menu of local and international dishes, while the spa features a full‑service sauna, steam room, and massage suites. Jardins is safe and easy to walk around, but the bars on Rua Frei Caneca and around Largo do Arouche are a short taxi ride away. Plan for rides if you want to hit those spots after dark.
