The worst hotel experience I've ever had. I've been traveling to various destinations for over 20 years and I've never found a hotel that maintains construction work with such intense noise until 8 pm—including Saturdays and Sundays. It's simply impossible to rest, especially on weekends. When complaining about the noise, the response was simply: "There's nothing we can do, it's not in the rooms." However, the maintenance is taking place in the same building, right next to the rooms. In other words, it directly affects the guests. We had four rooms for the entire team, and everyone suffered from the constant noise. There was no concern, solution, or attempt to minimize the impact. A hotel completely negligent and unconcerned with the customer experience.

Excellent hotel to stay at in Concepción

We need to contact you urgently. You don't have an email address, and your phones aren't working! We made a reservation and never received a confirmation email. We need to change it, and it's been impossible to get in touch with you! Please!

The hotel is comfortable and looks good overall. However, the room was somewhat neglected. While it wasn't dirty, there were a few details that could be improved, such as the paint on the walls. The room and bathroom are a good size, but the design is impractical, as there's little storage space, and in the bathroom, the shower door is left running, so the floor gets wet. It would have been nice if they had provided bottled water, at least on the first day. Breakfast is quite good, including seasonal fruit. I would only suggest improving the service by providing utensils for each tray to avoid cross-contamination. The staff was very friendly. Regarding the cost, we booked the stay through Black Friday, so it appeared as already paid. Then, upon arrival, they charged us a deposit for the total amount plus VAT. Finally, they charged us that deposit amount, saying that the online payment button wasn't working and that the final total amount shown didn't include VAT. This situation was somewhat awkward and left me feeling a lack of transparency.
