Excellent service

Hotel is OK, modest at best. Beds are very tiny and a bit hard. They also only give you one pillow per bed, which is bare minimum. The location is OK, but the hotel is very much "living in the 90s".. everything is original to the 90s and not updated at all. The WIFI is absolutely terrible. We would barely get a connection, and when we did it was EXTREMELY slow and lost connection more than anything. About the only positive things are, hot water, AC, and daily room service. I probably wouldn't stay here again unless I was forced to stay in this area. Lost a room key as well, they charge a whopping $10USD for a plastic 50 cent room key, for that they also get less stars.

Clean great hospitality I am given Precious4 starts because I lost the hotel room key, and the day before somebody told me that I would pay 10 soles and then today they change their mind to 10 dollars for a plastic key! . 🔑

Good hotel. Good location. Good service. Breakfast included.

We stayed for a makeup service before a photoshoot; the suite was spacious and comfortable. The jacuzzi was out of order, and they offered to change rooms.
