Best Western El Cid

It's the first hotel I stayed at in Ensenada and I loved the hotel's decor.

One bad thing here is parking because one night that we got there late we only found one parking space available so we took it. We have an SUV so it was a good space. The next day they told us we needed to move our car because that space was for trucks not small cars. They still didn't have any parking available but they needed us to move because they needed the space for someone with a truck. The lady worker said to my husband that she would open a stall closer to the exit for him to park but they were not responsible if our car got hit. At the end a male employee moved his car from a space so we could park there. So yeah that gave this place 4 stars.

It was nice, the customer service was good, and it's located close to everything: the boardwalk, the beach, shops, and restaurants. We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel has excellent customer service, and everything is nearby: the boardwalk, the beach, shops, and restaurants.

They don't allow elderly people to use the bathroom and their treatment is appalling.

Our experience at this hotel was simply the most rewarding. We spent the most relaxing weekend we've had in a long time. From the very first moment, the hospitality was incredible. I confess I was a little apprehensive, since some places aren't very welcoming when you're traveling with children, but here it was the complete opposite. They made us feel welcome at all times, and as a mom, that's something I truly appreciate. The place exudes a unique tranquility. The sheets and pillows are so soft that you really get a good night's sleep. Although the pool water was a bit chilly, my children didn't miss the opportunity to enjoy it to the fullest 😊. The location is perfect: there's no need to use the car because everything is on the same street; you can even walk to the boardwalk. The hotel's style is so cozy and beautiful that it makes you feel right at home. Plus, my husband surprised me with a session at the hotel spa… it was the most relaxing hour of my life. A thoughtful touch that made our weekend even more special. I am absolutely delighted with this hotel. If I have the chance to return, I won't hesitate for a second to come back here. Excellent service and a fantastic location, though parking is a bit tricky. The rooms are very clean and in good condition. The location is perfect.
