Clean and very nice room.

The restaurant service was terrible. I found hairs in the food, and to top it off, the meat was raw. The bathroom was disgusting; they didn't even bother to flush the toilet.

Terrible. They charged us for two single stays when we booked for the whole night. They called us three or four times and we couldn't sleep properly. It's not the guest's fault that the staff doesn't pay attention to what they're told. The room was so-so, and it takes ages for the hot water to come out. Oh, and they don't even have batteries to replace the remotes. Thanks, but no thanks.

Very good stay, friendly staff and good value for the price. It's well located for when you want to attend a concert; I went to the My Chemical Romance concert and everything was perfect. I'm giving it 4 stars because there were strange noises coming from under the bed, like someone was underneath it, and one of my socks that I put next to the bed simply disappeared. I spent another hour looking for the sock in every possible place, under all the blankets and even under the mattresses, and nothing. I had to leave without a sock. They should clean the rooms or something once in a while. Other than that, the beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean.

The price isn't the cheapest for the area, but it does have parking. The rooms are fine, they do the job. The surrounding area is a bit rough, but the hotel itself is generally good. It'll do if you're just passing through.
