Overall great value. Great location to all convenience and safe next to police station. Front desk David was always assist us well with friendly attitude. Breakfast included plan help us to eat all the nutrients. I removed one star due to the lack of housekeeping service, even though i left "service room" sign both in the morning and afternoon. There were also no coffee pods during our second check-in. I mentioned this at the front desk the following day, but the agent informed me that I should have reported it on the same day. They also said that from the second night onward, coffee pods would be charged if requested.

I think the location in the Zona Rosa is good, the hotel is good but not excellent

It's a very centrally located hotel in the Zona Rosa, with many bars and restaurants. There's a lot of security in the area!

Stayed here as part of a tour. Shame they booked out extra night in a different room . Rooms were comfy and clean with kettles and coffee sticks at least. Don't like the illuminaous shower and toilet area. Breakfast selection was decent enough although they couldn't keep up with refills often. 2nd morning there were multiple tour groups at the same time which meant a long queue for breakfast. Either more room or hotel needs to support better coordination.

Everything was excellent! Very well located in the heart of the Zona Rosa 🌹
