Beautiful hotel and an amazing view of skyscrapers.

I loved it

I stayed here for a week and have no complaints. The service was great, workers were friendly. We had breakfast included, it was simple but did what it needed to do. The pool area very nice. This hotel matches their photos and I would stay there again. The location is perfect as it is surrounded by many food options that you can walk to including a couple of convenient stores across the street.

Booked a king room for 3 nights during my visit in January. Upon arrival, I was checked into a room with two beds instead and had to argue with them to change it to the room I specifically booked and paid for. No mentioning upfront and when confronted they just said „we don’t have the room available“, yet a manager later was able to get me the room. No apologies, nothing. The room was just ok, nothing special. I was excited to use the pool but the moment I got out of the elevator I turned around because it was unbearably loud blasting music even though nobody was there. Overall a somewhat disappointing stay and definitely not worth paying the Marriott premium for this place. I’ll take my business elsewhere if I was to visit again.

Rooms are ok, poorly designed bathroom layout with everything being glass so it completely lacks privacy. Breakfast is good. Music at the rooftop pool and bar is so incredibly loud and obnoxious. Don't go up there to relax or have conversation.

We had a great stay here. They let us check in early off a long flight which is always greatly appreciated. We elected to have a rate that included breakfast which was nice-the buffet had fresh fruit, pastries, a few hot options, juice, coffee and an omelette bar. The rooftop pool was a little smaller than we expected and the hot tub wasn’t that hot but it was a good place to enjoy city views and a quick dip. Location was fairly central-about 10 min to the casco viejo and other sites. The street is a busy one with lots of shops, casinos, convenience stores, etc. We could walk to a few decent restaurants. It’s easy and fast to get an uber (ignore lobby solicitations for a taxi-we took one to the airport and agreed on a price that was what uber was quoting, which he then tried to change at the airport.) We did notice a few working ladies on the street a few of the nights we were there but it’s a busy area that felt largely safe.
