At my stay last week at Hotel Indigo in Athens GA. I was greeted when I checked in by Lauren, at the front desk. She went out of her way to make me feel welcome. She continued her excellent customer service, each time I approached the Desk with questions. Mark Gross

In town for College of Veterinary Medicine event. The town and the campus were crowded due to a bicycle race and also a football game. The Indigo was a good Retreat after a hectic day.

Great room on the PH level - very spacious, comfortable. Outstanding, welcoming and helpful personnel - specifically the teams at the front desk (including the bellmen) Saturday and Sunday (mornings through early afternoon). I didn’t write down the names of the Saturday team, but when checking out this (Sunday) morning, I noted these names - Estefania, Corbin, Dilan, Andrew and Anika. My wife and I traveled with two of our dachshunds, and we appreciated how easily your hotel and team members accommodated them and us. Hotel’s location is very walkable to downtown, and our room was very quiet.

Had a wonderful stay at the Idigo. Service at the bar was most exceptional, especially Sydney. Whether or not I stay at the indigo again, I will be back to visit Sydney, Brooklyn and Saige!

Our stay at Hotel Indigo in Athens, Georgia was truly memorable, and a big part of that experience was thanks to Zack at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel genuinely welcome not just as guests, but as people he cared about making comfortable. Zack consistently went above and beyond throughout our stay. Whether it was offering helpful recommendations, checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly, or simply greeting us with a warm smile, his attention to detail and kindness never went unnoticed. What really stood out, though, was how he connected with our dog, Tomé. Zack didn’t just tolerate having a pet around he embraced it. Watching him take the time to befriend Tomé and make him feel just as welcome as we were added such a personal and heartfelt touch to our visit. It’s rare to come across someone who brings that level of authenticity and care to their role. Zack truly elevated our experience, and he’s a big reason we’ll remember this stay so fondly. Hotel Indigo is lucky to have him, and we’re grateful for the effort he put into making our trip so special.
