Friendly and helpful staff. You’d be lucky if Raul and Cathy are working the front desk when you arrive. Super employees.

Just OK. The rooms have been updated. The location on the water is nice, however, this hotel is also located right next to the CalTrain line which runs until midnight, and starts again at 5 AM. I'm not a super light sleeper, but it woke me up each time it went by because it was loud and very close. Service and finishes here are not as nice as other 3-star properties we've stayed at during our 11-day California trip. In the future, we will likely stick with Marriott.

Rooms are very cozy but breakfast are average with ofcourse no services.

When I walked in the room, the smell was overwhelming..... everything was clean but it smelled, everywhere.... I guess you get used to it. The rooms are pretty small, beds are small. It was nice for what we needed. The breakfast was excellent though!!! The sausage was unexpectedly great!!! Lol

It's a nice place, well kept. The trains are a little disturbing. No local restaurant, but services have no problem with deliveries. Long term they have rooms with kitchens.

My room and view was unacceptable

Great location for big families. The 2 bedroom had a bathroom in each room and the living room had a pull out bed. The kitchenette had all the vitals tools to make simple meals. The breakfast was simple but good and the staff was friendly, especially the hospitality staff.

Room 134 has a bedbug problem. When we complained, the receptionist said all he could do was waive our parking fee. I contacted management several times for a more complete resolution, but never even received a response. The lack of any apology or acknowledgement was frankly insulting.

I have had to stay here recently, several times as my daughter has a specialist at UCSF. The rooms have been clean and the breakfast was really good. As for the staff, everyone I worked with was very helpful. There was some mix-ups on my part and the staff were patient and professional!!!
