JINYA Ramen Bar - Ally Charlotte Center

Hunter was phenomenal. She constantly checked our table and was always two steps ahead of offering everything we needed. Thanks for making our experience amazing!

Amazing experience as always. Jae was our bartender - she recommended the spicy chicken bowl and I loved it. Her service was excellent as well. We will definitely be back!

Jae is such a great bartender, quick service and nice vibes!

Ryan was great!

Our server Ryan was awesome! Our first time at this location and we loved the atmosphere lots! Ryan took care of us and he was very welcoming!

Ryan was a 10 out of 10!! Great service, food could be a lil more seasoned!!

Alexander always makes the experience a great time. Excellent food and excellent customer service!

My first time here and the food, vibes and energy was great! I got the birria ramen and it was a 10/10. My server for tonight name is Ryan, if you go there ask for him. He was kind and also had recommendations since it was my first time being there. He checked on me during my time there frequently making sure i was okay and that everything was well. He definitely made my first time there amazing!

First time here and it didn’t disappoint!! Not only was the food amazing Ryan our server was on point. From the recommendations to the talk about dragon ball pins! He definitely was one of the highlights of tonight!

Listen! I can’t say enough good things about our experience here! Our server Ryan went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. We came to celebrate our son’s 10th birthday because he’s obsessed with ramen and Ryan made sure we had a birthday to remember. We can’t wait to spread the word and return!

10/10 experience! They have a selection of vegetarian options, and the food was absolutely delicious. The service was also very satisfactory. Our server, Hunter, was awesome! A great choice all around.

I’m going to be honest… I was disappointed. My husband liked his but we both agreed something was extremely off with mine. It was not good. The broth tasted extremely off. On top of this I was shocked at the portions of the 2$ add ons. Like borderline ridiculous. My husband was pleased with his though. I got tonkotsu and my husband got chicken ramen.
