The sprawling softball complex on the Scioto River south of downtown is Columbus' most consistently documented cruising ground — car cruising across its many parking lots, and trail action in the wooded stretch along the river. Evenings are busiest.
Know before you go: city patrols pass through the lots periodically. Keep it to the car and the woods, be discreet, and clear out by closing time. Sports leagues use the fields into the evening — stay well away from the family areas.

Gone downhill. Delays in scheduling and communication and paying for entry as a player is so wild to me. Grass was also taller than should have been on many fields for GSWS. I will say this, they did good work to get the park ready for GSWS after the tornado and the concession staff is generally really friendly. Turf fields are a nice perk as well. But there is more work to be done and effort to put in.
Very nice turf fields for the Gay Softball World Series week
