COCKROACHES IN MY ROOM!!! Place stinks sooooo bad. Rude manager is a gas lighter and compulsive liar. Said we called and made hateful remarks. We just wanted our money back. Offered me 25 percent off one nights stay. I said keep your 25 dollars for having me sleep amongst cockroaches. Not Florida palmetto Bugs. German cockroaches. The nasty ones. I travel for business and this is the nastiest hotel I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. I complained about people leaving food in the halls and they left it there for my entire 3 night stay. Right when you get off the elevator you get hit with a stench. Do NOT stay here TRUST ME. I found wayyyy nicer places in Boca for cheaper. Check out some of the Hampton inns. La Quinta is La Nasty

DO NOT EVER COME HERE!!!! I made a two-night reservation with my cat, who is my certified emotional support animal. I arrived with my family, and the rooms were filthy, the closets were in disarray, the shower was flooding, everything smelled like urine in the hallways and everywhere else. When I checked in, they charged me $50 for my cat even though I presented my support certificate, and according to the reservation (see photo), there shouldn’t have been a charge. The receptionist was unfriendly; she answered every question rudely. Additionally, you have to go to the front desk to reactivate your key card every time you leave the room. Staying here is a real nightmare; there’s no Wi-Fi, not even if you pay for it.

Honestly terrible, roaches everywhere I found one in the bed. Next to the bed side table and under the desk crawling around. It smelled like wet dog in the room, also everything is so old everything should be updated and cleaned. Everything was dirty and not wiped down properly. All of our chargers got fried from the outlets for some reason. The bathroom barely works. Should have gotten a refund for the 2 nights but just warning everyone it’s terrible.

Friday night front desk lady was extremely rude.. ants and roaches!! And they had an event that took up all the hotel guests parking!! So hotel guests if they got in late didn’t have a parking spot!!
