Warwick Melrose - Dallas

Stayed here for my 31st birthday and it was absolutely incredible! The staff was wonderful and greeted us with a cool towel, the pool was gorgeous and the spa was wonderful! If you are pregnant, I highly recommend staying here and getting the prenatal massage.

I had a bit of an odd experience at this hotel. The amenities are fine, and the desk staff was very kind. Now the odd parts... * Water pressure in my shower (8th floor) was barely above a dribble. * My room was never serviced * On checkout day, the staff knocked on the door at 9:30, and proceeded to 3 more times before 11. The third time they just walked in as I was coming out of the shower. A little bit awkward to to have house keeping unexpectedly in my room while emerging from the shower an hour before checkout time. She was very apologetic at least. Not likely to stay here again.

Don’t miss the spa here. Beautiful location, nice easy spot in the city. Dawn was my technician, and she is excellent.

Great location - easy in and out - secure parking, gated with valet. Valet was a bit expensive I think $45. But easy pull up, they helped me unload car. Friendly staff. My corner king room was HUGE - comfy bed, lots of windows. I could shower and window on 8th floor - I could watch planes from Love Field fly over...sort of cool. Ceiling fan in room which is uncommon for hotels and I loved. Nice bar. If you like Historic hotels - this is convenient to Highland Park, easy in/out, big rooms! Really liked it. I had a corn er King Room - high floor - was very large with full desk, couch, seating, king bed. large bathroom. Only downside if you have to download their rewards program to get WIFI - was very hard to get wifi - I finally gave up and used my hot spot.
