HIV Alliance is the HIV and sexual-health nonprofit for Lane County and much of southern Oregon. Its Eugene office is at 1195 City View St and is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. In 2026 it bought the building at 1590 Willamette St and opened The Lavender Network there, the county's first permanent LGBTQ+ community center.
What visitors can use: HIV, hepatitis C and syphilis testing, help getting PrEP, and free Narcan. Several of these services now run at the Lavender Network drop-in. Call ahead or check hivalliance.org for testing times.
