Dune Fairfield Plaj

Will book again next summer! Nestled in a neighborhood 100ft from the beach! Private access, towels/chairs/umbrellas provided, breakfast shop across the street, Penfield Lighthouse near the shore, fishing along the sandbar, walking distance to Penfield (public)Beach...this place was perfect for us. From our balcony we watched the community enjoying their lives - joggers, fishermen, dogs on morning walks etc. It's a great location for adult relaxation.

Dune is a perfect spot for family vacation or a weekend with your partner. The location couldn’t be better…a stones throw from Fairfield Beach. We had private access to this beach and all the things you need for a relaxing day by the shore…beach chairs and towels are available, free of charge. Enjoy a bike ride by the beach (bikes provided). There are casual eateries in the immediate area as well as a liquor store right across the street. The rooms are immaculate and extremely well-appointed. The boho chic vibe is relaxing. We stayed in a 2 BR suite with en suite. One of the best perks was it is pet-friendly. We’ll be back as soon as we can!

Do not stay here if you want to sleep. My sister and I stayed recently and the noise from the Sea Grape was unbearable. My sister called the main line to make a noise complaint and the person who answered the phone was defensive and didn’t offer any thoughtful response. Unfortunately, the new ownership doesn’t care about the customer experience. After she got yelled at by him for making a noise complaint, he was so aggressive that she felt unsafe and slept with a couch in front of the door. I stayed here for my wedding under the old ownership and have wonderful memories at this hotel. I was so frustrated and disappointed that they would not follow up on our experience and basically told me they didn’t want to hear anymore about the experience we had for spending 600$ on two rooms and told us there was nothing they could or would do. They didn’t even want to call me when I asked them to. I’ll be making a more formal complaint as well. Stay away! Awful experience.

Great experience with hands on owners, they care about their customers and making sure they provide fantastic customer service! Clean, well decorated and comfortable rooms!!!!!! I highly recommend!

Hello. Communication was great and room was well appointed. Wish that there was 'off season' pricing or some type of loyalty program as we have planned for future stays. Would recommend!

Check in/out was simple, location good and room was clean and nicely decorated. Noise was a big issue. Went to bed early due to an important meeting in the morning but was woken by loud, fast-paced dance music with bass so strong it vibrated the room for hours. Was awful and so unexpected . Made for a miserable night and an exhausted state of mind for the next day which was the exact opposite of why I selected the location.

We loved the Dunes. Beautiful location with beach access. Best place to stay in Fairfield. Gorgeous California style beach suites and rooms. Fabulous service vide. Will stay again and highly recommend

Rooms comfortable with kitchenette. Arrangements seamless. Staff helpful even after hours. But best feature is it's location across the street from Fairfield Beach for long walks.
