Not sure what the morning delt with but, every morning I had an interaction with him he was very rude. Everyone else was respectful and understanding!

Had reserved room but was told they didn't have a room even though they had put a hold on my account for the room amount when I booked it

I tried calling this location to find a family member who is severely sick and at risk of losing their life, the front desk asked for a room number which I did not have because I was just trying to see if they were there because I had not heard from them in some days. The front desk said that it was not their problem if this family member died in their room and did not matter to them. Very unprofessional and disgusting. I highly urge you to stay away from this place. They are rude and have no regard for safety and wellbeing of others.

Rude and poor management did not want to give me my deposit back so I disputed the entire charge and got my money back. Haha 😎

Very poor service extremely rude called for weekly Owner said I could have my 4 year old come with me Mind you weekly price is 387$ plus $100 Deposit please don’t spend your money her

Rooms smell wet. And like smoke even though I requested non smoking. Front desk called me at 7am to ask if I was checking out. Ridiculous. LBJ station is a quarter of a mile give or take if you aren’t mobile or want to use park and ride facilities. Kroger is a 5 minute drive

one maid cleans one does showers need to be checked the wall outlets are hard to ues the table under the TV is annoying cuz it didactics there should be more space ac doesn't work at first more like 6.doller stay people live here straight up pets are not allowed I can hear from the window that dope is stove is on high if you turn it on ice box is missing a part on the inside the bearb wire gates actually doesn't make me safe it makes me feel crapy blow dryer one time ues only iron work's tv work's this is not a in its a homeless shelter at least I can pary about it with this book of God cool wifi is OK tv is ok should not cost a 10000 .dollars

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Do not book here and do NOT USE any third party site to book them. They will not honor the reservation and claim they are not affiliated with them only to charge you more taking advantage of the situation. We get there and they didn’t honor the PAID reservation wanted to charge us more making us have to wait for a refund and look for another hotel last minute. Now we have no money and no hotel room because everything is booked. Unless you want to see yourself in this situation do not stay in this piece of crap place.
