We are locked out of our room and cannot find the night manager, not too happy with this room,TV remote don't work either

I give it 0 stars. The room smells like urine, the TV never turned on, the paint in the bathroom is peeling, and the outlets are taped up. The place feels strange; there's a weird atmosphere. We checked in on Jan 16th. My husband's company is down here working. My first interaction with the lady up front was AWFUL...She refused to show us the room, whatever as long as its bug free, IDC. We get to the room exhausted from the long drive and notice our floor was coming up, poor lighting and no vents in the bathroom.... Ok fine for the price ill talk about my concerns in the morning.... We get greeted by Steve ( he was amazing) he informed us that they are working on renovating and that our room was on the list ok no problem I can hold off..We go to get new bed linens, crock pot and pots and pans. Everything seemed fine until a week later. We had a house keeper banging on the door at 9 am, she was very RUDE!! Its strange to me they cant just run the card on file seeing that it was reserved...Fine ok ill pay it a day and advanced from now on, its still didnt stop this housekeeper every Saturday even though we were paid to bang on the door. We always reserved online, cheaper rate... Then some guy from Jamaica comes, he refuses to let us pay a day in advance and one of his old friends wouldn't stop harassing my child to hang out with him.... dude did completely nothing. Let him stay there and all, coming to find out he had alot of bad friends staying there... Fast Forward because that definitely wasn't enough... We get a new GM here Kimmy.... She decided to racial profile me... I was sitting out front getting air, she totally walks by a black man smoking to yell at me for vaping.. Then told me I wasn't to get my mail or meds delivered... Apparently she doesn't understand ADA or discrimination... Had to spend the biggest part of my day making sure my heart meds or insulin wasn't sent back. Then let's talk how she swore I wasn't staying here, my husband paid her pay check.... What she makes in a month, he makes in a week... We most certainly stay here, and don't bother anyone. Let's also talk about they dont charge what the reservation is through their website, they charge as they want to... I have taken pictures of our room, I am submitting to health dept and I am also submitting proof of reservation rate asnd what they charge my card to the government.... We wont talk about the trash not be taken for weeks.... It is bug free but not mold or mildew free.. I do appreciate Terrence, Josh, Steve, and Tyler you guys made the stay bareable.... I refuse to correspond to any emails or managers... Save that for the health dept and FCA.....

Room was dirty motel was dirty Non smoking property but room smelled of smoke and people sit on steps and balconies and smoke. Holes in the walls. Counter was dirty and cobwebs on the walls. Management has responded. I tried to reach out to them to see what they had proposed to make it right but their email domain in their response that is below is no good. I guess it’s maintained just like their property.

I love it there the staff is always nice and the room is always clean.
