Clean. Good location. Looked good enough at first. Plenty of parking. Retail stores nearby. No smell of weed or cigarettes. However, they're kinda weird about the towel situation. You can only get new ones from 7 am to 7 pm. You also recieve the fresh towels inside the same laundry basket you put the dirty towels in. How do you know the dirty laundry basket has been wiped down and the gunk from the last guests or your own gunk isn't getting rubbed off onto the new towels? There's gotta be a better and more sanitary way. The elevator didn't work two of the three days we stayed here. Pretty frustrating lugging all our stuff down the stairs all the way from the 4th floor. They have a 24 hour fitness room. Seems clean. They also have functional water fountains that look clean. That's good. Just a few weird things here and there kinda dampened the experience. The coffee maker is also limited from 7 am to 11 am. Just take it out imo. The bed is basic. We didn't wake up with aching backs, but we wish the pillows were more substantial. Bring your own pillows. These ones get flat pretty quickly. Water heats up quickly and gets pretty hot. That's good. The AC also works well and cools down the room sufficiently to the 60s and below if you want. The blackout shades are 50/50. Dishwasher is clean and they even included some basic utensils. We didn't use them but glad they're there for an option. Overall, they nailed about 60-70% of all the things you look for. If they iron out a few more kinks then this will become a no brainer to book.

It's kind of noisy. You can hear slamming doors, loud people in the hallways. There's also a Topgolf location on the side with my room, so there were really bright lights and loud people that I could hear at bedtime. I had to sleep with headphones on. The elevator was broken for all three days of my stay. I was on the fourth floor. I also watched the front desk staff refuse to give more than 1 extra set of towels to a couple. The towels were pretty small. There's no hair dryer, no conditioner provided. No soap by the kitchen sink, just the bar soap in the bathroom. It's a nice room otherwise, even has a dishwasher and dishes. It has a hot plate burner, but that's not very useful if you don't have a pot or a pan. The bed was comfortable, thermostat worked well. I don't think I'll stay here again.

Hayes at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful, even went the extra mile in helping us with a late check out need! This is our second stay at this location and would recommend to any friends or family needing to stay in the Renton area.

Had a very bad experience here at the hotel. Walls are paper thin, you hear doors slamming all throughout the night and crying. Elevator was broken. Reached out via email in regard to our stay and have never heard back.

Honestly it was a perfectly fine room and experience, and I wouldn't say there is anything wrong with this hotel. The location is good, and the rooms are large with great full size kitchens and a bar to sit and eat at, which was great. It was echoey, but it wasn't a big deal. The bathtub was really big and deep and the water was hot with decent pressure. Our only qualms were the floors were really dirty, the bottoms of our feet were black within the first hour of being in our room, and the elevator broke on our last day when we were leaving from the fourth floor. They gave us complimentary late checkout, though, and honestly it was just unfortunate. Otherwise it was a smooth experience, the place was nice, the staff was nice, and the location was really convenient for us. And the pet fee was really affordable for a short term stay compared to other hotels in the area.

Overall a good stay! Staff was friendly, check-in was easy. All amenities were easy access. For the price, I’m very surprised and happy with our stay! One thing to note though: we weren’t aware that this was a pretty minimalistic hotel (maybe because it’s an extended stay hotel?) but the room barely comes with any soap/shampoo, no paper towels, no hairdryer, and no iron + iron board. Just something to be aware of, but other than that we are very pleased with our stay!

This is my second or third stay at LivAway Suites, and I genuinely love the vibe here. It’s the perfect setup for business travel, having a mini kitchen makes such a difference when you don’t want to eat out for every single meal. The property is consistently quiet and clean, which I really appreciate after long days. This morning, the elevator went into earthquake mode, so everyone had to take the stairs and here is where an employee named Daniel absolutely stood out. He was right there helping guests carry bags, staying positive, and going above and beyond to make a frustrating situation easier for everyone. Not everyone has been kind to him about the situation, but you would never know it by the way he handled it. Daniel has an amazing personality, and his customer service is truly 10/10. I really hope someone at the company sees this and gives him the recognition he deserves, he handled a difficult situation with so much grace and professionalism. He’s exactly the kind of person you want representing your brand. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Friendly staff clean rooms and alot to do around the hotel for entertainment and shopping. Highly recommend staying here.

I had a very comfortable stay here. I felt safe throughout my time, which was very important to me. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, and overall it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay.

These rooms are super nice for the price. Ours has a mini kitchen. The gentleman who checked us in was fantastic! We'll be back.
