Imperial Swan Hotel Of Lakeland

This place is HORRIBLE! It appears as if it’s more ran as residence than hotel stay. The hallways were filthy and full of trash! Some of the furniture in the room was broken. The bath tub filled with water and never drained by time we left! Outside is full of trash as well. DO NOT recommend

My room was great on the 5th floor. However for a place that reopen by new owner they tried their best to maintain however the first person they allowed to work the front desk made it hard on the owner. The people they chose to put in the hotel made it hard on the workers. If we talking about the owners let’s talk about how the people made it a garage dump. How the grown people couldn’t clean up behind themselves. How the little workers they had tried to keep the place clean and livable but the people made it hard to do so. Let’s talk about how many foul play was going on there. I’m not blaming the owner or workers they tried their very best. I pray they reopen and great things happen for them.

This place is so disgusting they don't clean or keep up with repairs or the mold that's grown all over the 3rd floor . . Locals call this place the mold palace

DO NOT DO IT TO YOURSELF. STAY AWAY. Horrible from the start to the point where I was shown my room that had someone inside. An altercation almost occurred while trying to check in. Elevators smell like pee. Conditions are terrible.

This hotel is terrible, and I would strongly not recommend it. The entire place smells like smoke, and during my stay, I was woken up by an alarm because someone downstairs pulled it due to their dog having an issue. Everyone had to evacuate, and I had no idea what was happening, causing me to panic as I went downstairs. On top of that, there's never anyone at the front desk, which shows a complete lack of service. The hotel reeks and is overall an unpleasant place to stay.

These people locked my card stole everything out of my room they act like they don't speak English I want my stuff somebody going to have to pay for Earl of my personal property or my clothes my food My beauty supplies my jewelry my medicine my vacuum everything everything want to act like they do not speak English you do not do help oh it's going to go down to be continued

Absolutely disgusting service. People at the front desk don't seem to know how to organize and figure out who is staying in what room?! Had random people knock on my door at least three times during the night thinking it was their room. Not to mention the terrible smell from the room in a constant feeling of mold and disease. Save your money and avoid this hotel!!!!!

Do not stay at this hotel. The photos on the website do not represent reality. The rooms, hallways, and lobby are very dirty. The receptionist is poorly dressed and the check-in is handwritten. The worst accommodation I have ever been to.

Do not book. No one there to check you in, despite waiting for hours. Someone did eventually let my daughter and I into a room but were not given any keys. Were told there were no keys that they would let us in if needed. The room and hotel had pungent cat urine and mold smell. The place was dirty, trash everywhere and did not look sanitary. I left with my daughter without ever going into the room that had no keys. We did not feel safe. We were not refunded our money. Feels like a scam.

I do not recommend!! I would give 0 stars if i could. This place is not safe! Someone tried to break into our room! We ended up here due to hotwire.com as all other hotels were booked for a cheerleading competition. The card reader didn't work, no big deal, technology fails us all sometimes. The service was very slow. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke, the parking ramp was filthy and filled with garbage. The hotel must ave been beautiful at one time. The ultimate however was the door had 3 locks. All 3 were locked tight, and a good thing, as someone managed to get past our deadlock, and kept banging the door to try to get best the other two. After2 -3 forceful attempts, it stopped. My husband and I grabbed our things and left quickly. Upon checking out the front desk offered no apologies or anything after i shared the experience. He merely said "ok". I called hotwire and they were very good and worked to get us our refund.
