Aloft by Marriott Louisville Downtown

Absolutely beautiful modern and in the middle of downtown. Amazing staff and the rooms are so cozy and very inviting. Biggest plus its close to the White Castle. Great hotel if you are staying in Downtown Louisville.

I would like to say that the people at the hotel were very friendly and nice! The location is perfect for being downtown. The only complaint I have is the noise! We stayed on the 6th and 7th floors and you are able to hear the street noise. You can hear the cars racing all the way up to the top floors of the hotel.

Such a convenient location! Everyone is really nice and the bar has great happy hour specials. It’s dog friendly with a beautiful park only a block away. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Great location. The bar and corner restaurant are always great. Service is wonderful. The rooms have a unique but very functional configuration. Gym was clean and bigger than normal hotels.

She definitely went above and beyond to help. Sometimes, it's the little things that makes the experience worth it. Front door team was very pleasant! My hotel room was clean. Great experience at this location! I will definitely stay at this location again!

The number one thing about my stay here in Louisville was Ryan Charon at check in. Kind, personable, accommodating and most of hospitality driven. He personally thanked me for being so newly loyal to Aloft Hotels. He went out of his way to me feel welcomed and appreciated. Thank you so much!

I had a really frustrating experience at this hotel. Shortly after checking out of my room, I realized I had left an item behind in my room closet. I reported it to the front desk, thinking it would be a simple matter to check and retrieve it. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case at all. The staff seemed uninterested in helping and kept giving vague responses. What was even more concerning is that they implied they couldn’t verify anything because their lobby cameras either weren’t working or weren’t accessible. That’s honestly unacceptable for any hotel that claims to prioritize guest safety and service. It’s incredibly disappointing to lose something and then feel like the hotel isn’t willing—or able—to do anything about it, even when reported right away. Between the lack of urgency, poor communication, and questionable security measures, this experience left a very negative impression. I wouldn’t feel comfortable staying here again.
