Novotel Miami Brickell

Overall, good stay. I was happy with my room, bathroom and the buffet breakfast and of course the rooftop. Beware if you have a big car, the parking garage will be a pain. Even the driveway is not designed for big vehicles. You will be sweating between tight turns and corners as before you reach your parking spot. This hotel probably had the dirtiest gym I have ever seen in this caliber of an hotel. I was shocked. The rooftop area is nice, pool not so. It looked disgusting most of the time so not very appealing for a dip. The one thing that disturbed me was during my checkout day. I had a late check out, despite housekeeping kept knocking my door to ask me when I’m leaving multiple times.

Right downtown. Heavy traffic. Parking was difficult because we prepayed and then our ticket wouldn't open the gate for us to leave. Front desk was notified but never came out. 15 minutes later, another guest stuck behind us used his monthly pass to open the gate.

Novotel Brickell is one of the best destinations in Miami. The staff is very pleasant, with teams always ready to help. The restaurant and bar teams are the best. There are very good drink options, comfortable rooms, and a rooftop with a wonderful view. By the way, make sure you check drink creations with Christian and Roberto at the rooftop bar. Was amazed by I special warm message to the staff: Abigail, Milagros, Christian (bar), Christian (front desk), Vivi (the best), Roberto, Mike (Security), Gelsys, Raul, Victor and Karina.

This hotel definitely surprised me; cleanliness, location, quality and price, it has it all.

Clean and quiet, I would stay there again when I go back 👌 It's great that there's parking available (it would be even better if it were a little cheaper)

DBrunch Club was one of the most incredible brunch experiences I've had. The brunch had a wonderful vibe, with delicious food, excellent service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The background music was enjoyable, pleasant, and relaxing, adding perfectly to the overall ambiance. I highly recommend DBrunch Club at Novotel Brickell in Miami. For me, it's simply the best!

Had an excellent stay at the Novotel Brickell. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and they graciously accommodated both an early check-in and a late check-out without any hesitation, which made my trip much more convenient. The location is ideal: close enough to walk to restaurants, shops, and everything Brickell has to offer, yet far enough from the noise to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The pool area and bar were also great places to unwind after a busy day. The only minor issue I experienced was at the café one morning, where service was unusually slow. However, the manager personally stepped in to assist, and the situation was handled professionally. Overall, a fantastic stay with excellent service, a great location, and amenities that exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

An excellent place to relax

We arrived at our hotel from our flight about 8:30 pm and had called about being able to eat at the restaurant before we arrived. We were told the restaurant was open and we could get food until 11pm. Upon arriving there was a party in the restaurant- it was so loud we could not even hear the desk clerk while trying to check in. She stated we would not be able to eat there, and we could get food from the 12th floor. When we went up there- it was just a bar. We needed up going to our room- ordering room service to get food. It was extremely expensive for what we received and took until nearly 10:00pm to get it. We then listened to noise from other rooms all night, our sink would not drain and the ac did not work properly. The stay was at best subpar. We will not be staying there again.
