Good music, and good vibes. Great place for happy hour! The bartender Sam was so much fun, I would come back just for her.

Can’t speak for all the staff, but one of the employees had an absolutely horrible attitude. Hadn’t even gotten a drink yet (stone cold sober) and got accidentally bumped by another person so I stepped back a couple steps into the path of a busboy (luckily we didn’t collide). He started reprimanding me with the demeanor as if I was some blacked out drunkard making a fool of myself. Because of his attitude I apologized and then told him I’d be leaving and he said “oh THANK god” like bro what?

Great sports bar! Just an enjoyable indoor/outdoor experience with lovely staff! Not a huge selection but very lovely nonetheless.

Went to get fresh air and security guard told me to put down my drink. When I came back they threw it out

Walked in with 3 friends to get a drink and relax. The bartender did not want to acknowledge us and was rude I guess because we were black people. Sad to know racism still exists in 2026! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT IF YOU CARE ABOUT PEOPLE AND YOU HAVE A HEART!!!!

Overall great bar food and service and music here is decently good. No complaints just good vibes.

Please come see SAM if you wanna have a good time. She is amazing!! Great service, energy, she is the vibe!!! Great drinks as well. But Sam is that girl 💜

A quick stop at Downtown Social turned into a lovely afternoon — and our first time sitting outside this season! Spring has finally arrived in NYC 🌸 My boyfriend and I grabbed a few beers on a Sunday around 3pm. It wasn't busy at all, so we easily snagged a table outside. Our waitress was super friendly and chatty (wish I had caught her name!) and made the whole visit even more enjoyable. There's something really special about a cold beer, great conversation, and a beautiful spring Sunday afternoon in the city. Big fan of the sister bars in this family — 3 Sheet Saloon, Jake's Dilemma, Off the Wagon, and The Gin Mill are all fantastic neighborhood spots, whether you're popping in for a quick drink or catching a game with friends. Downtown Social fits right in.
