Wyndham Newberg'de Travelodge Suites

Easy to find. Very comfortable bed. The spa tub was very nice after our long drive. Swivel tv with roku was a pleasant surprise! Definitely needs a little maintenance and updating. Over all was worth the money spent.

I chose this place because it was a good deal compared to the surrounding properties which were all expensive.

We have stayed here twice in the last year. It's a slightly older place, but you can tell the owners work very hard to keep the place really clean. Our stays have always been comfortable and quiet. There is ample parking at the hotel. They have in-room TV's, coffee makers, mini fridges and microwave. They have a pool. They also have a continental breakfast for guests in the morning. The staff have always been kind and accommodating. We'll be staying there for our future needs too.

Our second time staying with this hotel in Newberg visiting our son at George Fox. Nothing but good things to say. The location is very close to campus. The hotel is immaculately clean, and very quiet. Breakfast included with our stay, lots of good choices. The couple who runs it is very friendly.

Close to George Fox, clean room, continental breakfast, affordable price; maybe a little on the older side building-wise, but great stay!

My wife and I were here to visit family. It was a perfect stay for us. The staff was friendly and willing-to-please. Our room--as well as the rest of the hotel--was very clean. The furnishings showed a bit of age and wear, but all were functional and the room was well-appointed. The breakfast had something for everyone--and by that I mean it had a good variety (presented very nicely and kept clean and resupplied).

Worst hotel service. Checked in at 3pm to an NON-SMOKING ROOM and had an event to be to at 4pm, When I arrived to my room, it REEKED of cigarettes, but so did the whole first floor. So I just opened my window in my room and turned on the air, finished what I was doing and left. Returned back to my room at 10:30pm to it still smelling like cigarettes, even with the air flowing the whole time I was gone. So I decided to start looking around my room, found old used trash, Sauce packets, hairties, CIGARETTES and even someone’s pink hair all over the place. Definitely can tell housekeeping did not vacuum or deep clean. I called the front desk after that, to not only be shut down about my issue, but to be ACCUSED of being the one smoking cigarettes in the room, Over the phone I was interrogated if I had a lighter and cigarettes on me and if I was the one smoking in the room. I just stayed in the room because it was already 11:15pm by this time and didn’t want to have to pack up and move that late at night. When I did go to check out the next morning I decided to let the front desk know again just to make sure I didn’t get charged for the smell to only be accused and asked AGAIN if I had smoked in the room. Argued with the front desk and called their care line, to only to be talked in circles and told they cannot do anything for me and I would have to talk to the manager at the hotel. Beds were Old and compensated by heaps of bed toppers and pads. Bathrooms are old and the age shows. We checked in and our price has changed from when we reserved. Staff was friendly and the free breakfast was pretty good for being free.
