Holiday Inn Express & Suites Little Rock North Sherwood, bir IHG Oteli

I understand this is a new hotel but staff needs to be trained to honor the perks of Diamond members. Until they get it together look for another hotel in the area. Front desk working at night could not seem to care less about anything.

My family reserved two rooms for one night while moving our son to Arkansas Baptist College, and we had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Little Rock North - Sherwood. A special thank you to Katrina for making our check-in process smooth and welcoming. Her exceptional customer service set the tone for a great experience from the moment we arrived. We loved that the facility is 100% smoke-free, which made the environment feel fresh and comfortable. The indoor pool was a nice amenity, and the rooms were clean, well-designed, and comfortable. The walk-in shower was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, and the room layout made excellent use of the space. The only minor issue we noticed was that the toilet in Room 304 seemed to tilt slightly. Other than that, everything met or exceeded our expectations. The morning of checkout, we enjoyed a hot breakfast of cheese omelette, potatoes, pancakes, and turkey sausage. Overall, our family had a wonderful stay, and we would gladly recommend this hotel to others visiting the Little Rock area. Thank you for helping make this special family milestone a positive experience!

If I could give a negative 100 stars I would. Absolutely horrible. Room never cleaned for two days after requesting service. No clean towels, no coffee, no bed service (there was a reason we needed everyday service and this was explained at checkin) Room rate was supposed to be adjusted by the manager. Credit never went on when I called they said it was my banks fault. BUT they did charge my credit card AGAIN! By the time they were done it was $1000 for a 3 night stay 🤬Called the woman at the front desk to find out why and she was “busy” and hung up on me when I asked for the owners name. Manager is supposed to be calling. I am not holding my breath. I will Be wasting my day off trying to get this fixed. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. Horrible rude people.
