Ogunquit Pride

Ogunquit Pride is the town's annual LGBTQ+ celebration, organized by the Ogunquit Chamber of Commerce and held each June. The multi-day event centers on a rainbow flag-raising at Veterans Park, a "Picnic in the Park" with live entertainment and LGBTQ+ vendors, and parties at venues such as MaineStreet, drawing hundreds of visitors to the small coastal town. In a place with no dedicated year-round LGBTQ+ nonprofit, the Chamber effectively serves as the community's event body, and Pride is the highlight of a summer season that keeps Ogunquit one of New England's most welcoming gay destinations.
