Beautiful hotel. Great staff, gym and spa

The service is wonderful! Treated very well when celebrating our 20th anniversary. The spa is worth every penny. Kenni at the spa pool is nothing short of wonderful! Absolutely run to the spa and spa pool whenever you can. We will be returning.

What a beautiful, relaxing place!!

My wife and I had an unfortunate experience. We pre-ordered a bottle of champayne for the room for our anniversary and was quoted a price of $250.00. Upon check out, the hotel added a $75.00 servicce fee that was never disclosed when ordering. We expressed out concern about not being told of the charge to the hotel manager who told us they would remove the charge. Unfortunately the charge was never removed upon checking our credit card statement. The lack of being truthful was quite disappointing, not to mention the fact our room was never cleaned while we were there due to the cleaning staff leaving at 1600. The lack of transparency and lack of truthfulness by the staff is a great concern!!

Just amazing

Our stay at JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Resort was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. We originally had to cancel our honeymoon because we caught the flu, and the director was so kind, understanding, and accommodating in helping us rebook for another time. That level of care meant so much to us.Once we finally arrived, it truly felt like paradise. Our room was beautiful, the view was stunning, and every guest and staff member we encountered was warm and welcoming. The hospitality here is unmatched, and the entire experience was relaxing, memorable, and special. We honestly can’t say enough good things about this resort. We will definitely be back again and again!

Gorgeous resort. Rooms are fabulous, spacious, great looking, modern, big windows - feels more like a cozy apartment. Stunning, manicured gardens and pathways throughout the massive property. Interior lobby/bar/restaurant so beautifully decorated, southwestern chic. Highly recommend

Beautiful resort. Stayed there for 3 nights recently in April 2026. Enjoyed most of my stay until we checked out. I accidentally left a very nice pair of shoes and shirt in my room. We called the front desk enroute to the airport shortly after checkout. We were passed on to security who indicated they would have someone look for the missing items and would call us in an hour “one way or another”. Four days passed without a call, so we called back and were again passed on to security and after being put on hold several times and finally called back we were informed the items were never retrieved by the housekeeping staff and someone else is now occupying the room so they can’t check to see if the items are still in there. Very disappointing as we know these items were accidentally left in the room and we were willing to pay to ship the back home. Sketchy end to an otherwise good stay. Probably would not recommend or go back because of this. I’m guessing the housekeeping staff kept my belongings for themselves which makes me glad I kept my room sign on do not disturb during my stay.

Love this hotel and the room layout. Great service.
