Eden Resort & Suites

We came to this hotel with my husband and boys for 4 nights.The staff were really friendly. Anita was great ! Didn’t like the room that I booked and she upgraded us with an extra fee of course !!! The villa was amazing ! Easy access to the pool and the outdoor area for the kids !! Recommend this hotel 100 % ! Guest relation manager was amazing also and the restaurant staff!!! Looking forward in visiting again soon!!

Had high hopes for this resort as there are none like this in the immediate area. The venue itself is lovely. The pools are beautiful and the food is great. They offer an early morning adults only pool time between 8am and 9am. Unfortunately staff will haphazardly let families with small children in during this time and then you are no longer able to do lap swimming as promised nor have quiet time. We also had an electrical storm during our visit and were woken up in the middle of the night to immediately leave the hotel. So unprofessional that the hotel did not have adequate generators to keep guests safe. They left us waking up our children at midnight and scrapping to find a place to stay which there were none so we were forced to drive through the night exhausted to our home six hours away. Expecting a refund which has not been processed even a week later. This hotel also takes a $100 PER DAY hold on your card up front which ties up your money in the hotel. I haven't received that back yet either. I would also expect some compensation for these dire inconveniences but none are being offered. Much needed vacation was turned into a nightmare.

From first appearance driving into the resort, the grounds are well maintained. To the entrance which is very inviting. The staff is very attentive and eager to help. The rooms definitely have the resort accommodations and atmosphere. My room even had an overhead rain shower that had me relaxed. Prior to the shower, I took a dip in both of their heated outdoor pools, which they were very refreshing. Finished off it the indoor hot tub. It was a bit crowded, however there were several large groups staying as well. The only meal I had was breakfast at the resort. It was a buffet style with tons of fresh food that was prepared perfectly. I definitely enjoyed and would recommend anyone to stay. I will definitely be a returning guest.
