Room service will take leftover whole pizza and bread sticks in the box but leave all other trash in room. Seriously got pizza delivered. Ate one of 8 slices. Room service turned the beds, took the trash and $55 worth of Pizza delivery with them. While leaving a half eaten slice of pizza on dresser and all other trash in room other than two of three trash can bags. Service on casino floor was hit or miss. Some were very approaching and nice. Others were cold faced and seemed irritated by order and even more irritated by $1 tip (for one drink, while gambling). Floor 29 is TRULY non smoking. Have stayed at other Ceasers places and "non-smoking" rooms felt very smoking adjacent or past. Not floor 29 at SL, Reno.

Mr. Doc is the face of Silver Legacy. My family and I have known him since my daughters were little, more than 25 years ago, and he has always been kind, friendly, and welcoming. If you visit Silver Legacy in Reno, be sure to say hello to him. He has a special gift for making people feel valued and appreciated. Employees like Mr. Doc make a lasting impression and are one of the reasons guests keep coming back year after year. I truly hope the casino knows how fortunate they are to have such a dedicated and wonderful employee.
