Wow what a place!! I don't know Rochester had this tier of hotels. The room was fantastic. Very chic. Beyond my expectations. Amazing stay 🙌

My experience couldn’t have been better. Prime location in the heart of Rochester, clean rooms and the best hotel gym I’ve been to a long time.

This is my favorite hotel in Rochester, NY. They accommodate needs exceptionally well. I have stayed here as a vacation and also attended weddings, party events and conferences here. Everything is top tier

Beautiful renovation!

Overall visit to the steakhouse was great. We had complimentary champagne for our anniversary, even though our New York strip was switched and well done instead of medium, our server and the manager made sure we had some desserts on the house and also some drinks at the rooftop bar. Really appreciate the gesture and would definitely be back whenever I’m in town.

Fan favorite from the suites to the rood rop restaurant all the way ro the downstairs social tavern

Edit 3/16/26: construction still going!!!!!! I wouldn’t stay here if I was you. I live on this street, which is otherwise a very quiet residential street. Construction at this hotel has been running nonstop for well over a month. Often starting on weekdays as early as 6:55am, then running all day while I work from home, and all day while I try to relax on weekends and federal holidays. It’s getting ridiculous. LOUD beeping every 2-3 minutes for hours a day. Can’t imagine this is a good experience for hotel guests either.
