Visitors praise the welcoming and helpful staff, particularly attendant Mark, and find the facilities clean and interesting. However, some reviewers note that the saunas could be cleaner and that hand sanitizer dispensers and water fountains are not always stocked or available. There are also comments about inconsistent opening hours on Mondays.
