The Avanti House

This was our second time staying at the Avanti House in South Bend, IN. We loved it! My husband is a "car guy" - so he just loved all of the Avanti paraphernalia. We got to meet a fellow traveler in the comfortable living room. The location was perfect for visiting my nephew at Notre Dame. This trip we got to go through the Studebaker museum. Totally enjoyed that. Thank you for your hospitality - we will be back for sure.

Interesting place not just clean & comfortable also had charm & character!

Thank you for being so accommodating. We made last minute plans to stay from 8am to 3pm. My dad was able to get some much needed rest. He had surgery in the morning and had to be back at 4pm for doctor appointment. Hotels wanted to charge 2 nights. This place is reasonably priced.

The water is exceptionally clear and crisp, providing a naturally refreshing taste that energizes my day, and the service behind it is truly top-notch.

I book a room here later that night like 10 pm. I had my newborn baby and my wife I started having car problems of get there. So I ever make it there and I did ask for a refund of 144.80 . lady that I called at 8 this morning. They will not refund me the money. I every showed up there . The lady would not give me a refund

Our stay at The Avanti House was great. We booked it as "a place to spend the night", but it became a memorable part of our trip. The room & beds were comfortable, and the shared spaces charming. The shower had a nice spray and plenty of hot water. The Wi-Fi worked well, and there were convenient outlets to charge our phones. The neighborhood felt very safe - something we're conscious of when staying in unfamiliar cities. Plenty of off-street parking. The hosts did a great job of communicating every step of the way. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

This was a lovely room with plenty of privacy. I was here on a business trip so didnt get to venture out but this home and room were perfect for me to relax in after meetings each day.

I am so glad I canceled my reservation at a motel and booked here. It's been a very enjoyable experience. Clean, everything there you need, mple parking, everything went so smoothly. Less than 10 mins. to Notre Dame where I attended a conference. Highly recommended!
