Maningue Diversidade

Maningue Diversidade is listed as a youth-led LGBTQ+ collective in Maputo that organises workshops, advocacy work and social events for younger queer Mozambicans. Our listing also links it to plans for a first Maputo Pride, but we have not confirmed dates or programme details, so treat those as unconfirmed. The group has no public office, and its social-media channels are the realistic way to reach it. Same-sex relations have been legal in Mozambique since the 2015 penal code, but public visibility is still limited. Contact the collective before you turn up at anything, and check before you go.
